By applying neccesary statistical methods and quality tools (FMEA,SPC,MSA,etc.); acting in accordance with the continuous development and follow-up thought; Formtek Steel Forging is a company which has adopted keeping all steps starting from the entrance of raw material till the delivery of finished parts under control with minimum failure as a principle.
Mechanical Tests( tensile,hardness ,etc.) and %100 Magnetic Particle Crack Inspection are succesfully carried out by Formtek Steel Forging's qualified staff and engineers internally.
In addtion, the temperature of the billet before forging process are estimated with the help of optical pyrometers locating at the exit point of heating coil so that accurate temperature can be adjusted depending on the quality of raw material.
