R&D / Molding
All molds that we use in our forging process are internally produced by utilizing Cad/Cam Programs on CNC Vertical Machining Centers. In order to optimize the design of forging molds, FEM is used and production steps are simulated in order to avoid faults before the begining of the produciton. By means of that, potential faults are deteced and corrections are done so that maximum efficient production is obtained.
